LongevityMorning

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 24, 2026

This policy explains what information LongevityMorning collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our newsletter, our websites (including longevitymorning.com and lp.longevitymorning.com), our signup forms, and any emails we send you.

LongevityMorning is operated by Elite Regen LLC DBA LongevityMorning ("LongevityMorning," "we," "us"). By subscribing or using our sites, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you subscribe, we collect your email address and the edition you choose (men's or women's). Phone number is optional. If you answer a poll or survey, reply to an email, or contact us, we keep what you send.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our sites or open our emails, we and our service providers collect:

  • Device and browser details, IP address, and approximate location (city or region)
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, referring site, and ad or campaign parameters (such as UTM tags)
  • Email activity, such as whether you opened an email and which links you clicked
  • Information stored in cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see "Cookies and ad measurement" below)

Information from others. Ad platforms such as Meta may tell us which ad brought you to our site. Referral partners may tell us that you came from their recommendation.

We don't ask for medical information, and we ask that you not send it to us.

How we use information

  • To send you the newsletter edition you chose, our welcome series, and occasional announcements
  • To personalize content, such as sending you the men's or women's edition
  • To test and improve our emails, subject lines, and website
  • To measure how well our ads work and to find new readers (see the next section)
  • To include and track offers, discount codes, sponsor messages, and affiliate links
  • To answer your questions and run polls, surveys, and referral rewards
  • To prevent fraud and spam, and to meet legal obligations

Cookies and ad measurement

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep our sites working, understand how they're used, and measure our ads.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Our sites use the Meta Pixel and may use Meta's Conversions API. These tools share your visit and signup activity with Meta Platforms, Inc. so we can measure the results of our ads. That activity can include the pages you view, the fact that you signed up, your IP address, browser details, and cookie identifiers. When you sign up, we may also send Meta a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address or phone number so Meta can match the signup to an ad. Meta may use this information as described in its Privacy Policy. You can review and disconnect this activity in your Meta account under Your activity off Meta technologies.

Types of cookies we use:

  • Necessary: needed for the site and signup form to work. These are always on.
  • Analytics: help us understand visits and improve the site.
  • Advertising: measure our ads, including the Meta Pixel.

. When you first visit, you can accept or decline non-necessary cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the link in the footer of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising cookies and of the "sharing" of your information for ads, where the law requires it.

Our emails contain small tracking pixels and tracked links so we know whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. You can limit this by turning off image loading in your email app.

How we share information

We don't sell your email address or phone number. We share information only as described here:

  • Service providers that run our newsletter and sites for us, such as our email platform (beehiiv), website hosting, and analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Meta, to measure our ads, as described above. Under some U.S. state laws, this may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out (see "Your privacy rights").
  • Sponsors and affiliate partners. Some links in our emails are sponsored or affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you buy. When you click one, the partner may receive information such as the fact that you came from LongevityMorning. We don't give sponsors your email address unless you choose to share it with them.
  • Legal and safety reasons, such as complying with the law, responding to valid legal requests, or protecting our rights and users.
  • Business transfers, if LongevityMorning is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Email, text messages, and your choices

  • Unsubscribe: every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also email us to be removed.
  • Change your edition: use the preferences link in any email, or contact us.
  • Text messages: we'll only send marketing texts if you've agreed to receive them. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We don't share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
  • Cookies and ads: use the link in our site footer, your browser settings, or your Meta ad settings.
